▫️crab toe touches

▫️ice skaters (3x) + jump squat (1x)

CIRCUIT 2:

4 rounds

▫️DB squat x 16

▫️DB alt. toe touches x 14

▫️DB reverse lunge + overhead press x 12

.

CIRCUIT 3:

3 rounds: 45 sec work | 15 sec rest

▫️DB plank tap

▫️lateral ski jumps
