I’m Kellie, but please call me Kell. A Nutritional Therapy Practitioner (NTP), Holistic Health Coach (HHC), Certified Personal Trainer (CPT), crazy cat lady, ingredient snob, movement enthusiast and travel junkie on a mission to help you reach your health potential by learning how to work with your body, not be at war with it. I know that our bodies are capable of healing and restoring to optimal health, and I am here to help you find the answers that you have been looking for.

 

After my own experiences of restrictive dieting, over-exercising, countless supplements and prescriptions, following all the health “trends,” unwanted symptoms that never got better (such as estrogen dominance, hormonal acne, digestive issues and more) and my own *horrible* experience with birth control, I knew it was time to step back and take matters into my own hands.

It wasn’t until I started learning more about how my body worked and how I could best support it on a deeper level, that I realized some of the things I used to do (that I thought were “healthy”) were actually wrecking my health. I started to shift the narrative and nourish my body properly, follow a cycle-syncing exercise routine, manage my stress, improve digestion, replenish minerals, get outside more and guess what?? I felt AMAZING and was so grateful that I was finally providing my body with exactly what it was asking for. 

 

It’s time to let go of the “quick fix,” “one-size-fits-all,” and “hustle culture” mindset – true wellness encompasses so much more, and health is not defined by a number or by having a six pack. Wellness is a mind, body + spirit connection and my goal as your practitioner is to achieve that through addressing all aspects of your life - fitness, nutrition and mental health - leaving you feeling amazing from the inside out and finally starting to honor your body the way it was designed.

 

 

 

My approach focuses on education (knowledge is power after all!) and a bio-individual approach so that you have access to all of the tools and resources that you need to be successful in your personal wellness journey. I believe that you can achieve the healthy lifestyle that you desire, while still enjoying the little things you love (hello tacos + margaritas!). All it takes is a little bit of balance.
