Hi there! I'm Kell, it's so great to meet you. I'm the gal behind Health & Kellness and also the founder of the Well Balanced program.

 

As a certified Personal Trainer + Health Coach (+ pending Nutritional Therapy Practitioner through the NTA), my goal is for you to feel your absolute BEST, each and every day. My approach focuses on education so that you have access to all of the tools and resources that you need to be successful in your personal wellness journey. No dieting. No counting calories. No restrictive eating. It’s all about learning sustainable + realistic habits that last forever, one day at a time.

 

I started out in the industry as a fitness professional at Orangetheory and the approach to achieving health was always “workout more and eat less." Sound familiar?

However, over the years, I have learned that true wellness encompasses so much more, and that our health is not defined by a number or having a six pack. Wellness is a mind, body + spirit connection and my goal as your coach is to achieve that through addressing all aspects of your life - fitness, nutrition and mental health - and truly feel amazing from the inside out. 

I am passionate about women’s health in particular, with a focus on blood sugar balance, gut health, body confidence, stress management, hormone + menstrual health, daily exercise, energy + mood, and so much more. I believe that you can achieve the healthy lifestyle that you desire, while still enjoying the little things you love (hello tacos + margaritas!). All it takes is a little bit of balance. It's not about giving up the foods that you love, but rather finding a healthier way to enjoy them.
