outdoor cardio workout

Took my workout to the roof of my apartment complex this AM for a full HIIT cardio sesh and it was amazing! I added resistance bands for an added challenge on some exercises, but you can totally still do them without! *And for the jump rope, you can just pretend you have one if you actually donโ€™t. Head outside and give this one a try sometime this week!๐Ÿ‘‡๐Ÿป

EACH CIRCUIT 4 ROUNDS:

40 sec work | 20 sec rest (2x)

30 sec work | 15 sec rest (2x)

CIRCUIT 1:

๐Ÿ”ธ tricep pushup + rotations

๐Ÿ”ธ banded lateral shuffles

๐Ÿ”ธ banded squat jacks

.

CIRCUIT 2:

๐Ÿ”ธ 10 mountain climbers + 1 sprint

๐Ÿ”ธ plank walkout + palms to elbows

๐Ÿ”ธ lateral jumps

.

CIRCUIT 3:

๐Ÿ”ธ regular sprints

๐Ÿ”ธ jump rope
