Eggs are easily one of my favorite breakfast options (if you haven't noticed already!). They are just such a great way to get protein into your diet and start your day out with a filling breakfast! Breakfast is the most important meal of the day, you know ;)
This meal is a bunch of different things, but of course, pick and choose what you like or mix and match items! You can change out the meat (or remove it), choose a different fruit, etc. Make it what you like! The biggest thing is just to make sure you get healthy fat, fiber, protein and greens on your plate!
Prep Time: 10 minutes
extra-virgin olive oil
pasture-raised or organic eggs
orange or mandarin slices
nitrate/nitrite free bacon

In a skillet, on a low heat, add 1tbsp olive oil then add your bacon. Let your bacon cook slowly, flipping every minute or so. Remove when fully cooked to your liking.
Using the same skillet (and the bacon grease), crack the eggs. Let them cook until they get crispy, for a sunny-side up look. Top with salt + pepper.
Pair on your plate with fresh spinach, your fruit of choice, some avocado slices and the naan bread for a complete meal! Mix and match as desired.
