Morning chocolate smoothie for the win! This one is super easy to make and perfect for that sweet tooth without all of the added sugar! Plus, a little protein and healthy fat thrown in there help with stabilizing blood sugar and keeping you full throughout the morning and to carry you to your next meal.
INGREDIENTS:
1 cup nut milk
1 serving chocolate protein powder
1 tbsp chia seeds
1 tbsp nut butter
1 tbsp raw cacao nibs
handful of spinach
1/2 frozen banana
ice
DIRECTIONS:
Blend all together and top off with some of your favorites for an added crunch (I love cacao nibs and granola!) - Enjoy!!
