chocolate protein smoothie!

Morning chocolate smoothie for the win! This one is super easy to make and perfect for that sweet tooth without all of the added sugar! Plus, a little protein and healthy fat thrown in there help with stabilizing blood sugar and keeping you full throughout the morning and to carry you to your next meal.



INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 cup nut milk

  • 1 serving chocolate protein powder

  • 1 tbsp chia seeds

  • 1 tbsp nut butter

  • 1 tbsp raw cacao nibs

  • handful of spinach

  • 1/2 frozen banana

  • ice

DIRECTIONS:

  • Blend all together and top off with some of your favorites for an added crunch (I love cacao nibs and granola!) - Enjoy!!
