A little late to posting these but....#life. Let's be honest....there is nothing better than a cookie, but also one that doesn't require ANY baking.....am I right?? I was able to partner up with Ora Organic to make these delicious gluten-free, dairy-free, refined sugar-free and NO BAKE cookies using their AH-MAZING Vanilla Chai Protein Powder! You definitely need to try them out, but also try out Ora Organic and all of the products they offer. I take their probiotic + prebiotic capsules everyday and feel amazing! It's always important to prioritize your gut health + immune system at the same time that your prioritize your nutrition and physical exercise.
ANYWAYS, these are super easy to make and are a delicious sweet treat throughout the week or even as a shareable dessert for your family dinner party!
Serving Size: 12-14 cookies
Total Time: 20 minutes
1 cup raw peanut butter
1 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
8 pitted dates
1 tablespoon organic maple syrup
1 serving Ora Organic vanilla chai protein powder
1 tablespoon ground chia seeds
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
1/2 cup semi-sweet dark chocolate chips or raw cacao nibs
In a food processor, add in all ingredients except the chocolate chips and process until completely smooth
Add in the chocolate chips and continue to process until smooth
Use an ice cream scooper or your hands to form mix into small round balls. Repeat until all mix is used.
Store in fridge for about 30 minutes prior to eating, to allow them to firm up.
Enjoy!!! You won't be able to put them down!!
