how to make a charcuterie board

First charcuterie board was a success!! I mean… who doesn’t love some good ol’ cheese and crackers, along with all the other goodies?! The best part is that you can make them a million different ways, so you can cater to your own preferred tastes and dietary needs!

We added a variety of organic meats and cheeses, crackers (both regular and gluten-free), fresh grapes, raspberries, blackberries, banana chips, olives and of course some french bread. I personally don’t eat dairy often (if really at all), but when I do, I always try to buy organic and grass-fed cheeses to prevent any risk for the added preservatives and hormones! The same goes for when I buy meat as well. I am allllllll about a balanced lifestyle and eating things that you enjoy, just try to prioritize quality! It makes a difference.
