FOOD JOURNAL ANALYSIS - $120

This individual offering is for you if you have a great grasp on your wellness journey already but are simply needing some 1:1 personalized feedback on your day-to-day routine. I will evaluate things such as diet, sleep, digestion, energy + mood, stress levels and so much more. This offering allows me to get to know you better, dive deeper into any of your routine symptoms and figure out some simple actionable steps moving forward. 

What you provide:

  • 5-day Food Journal including various information around your daily routine (detailed instructions and a template to follow will be provided upon enrollment) - the more detailed that you are, the more I can provide impactful recommendations!

  • Any other information that I might need to know (food sensitivities, medications, etc) that will play a part in my suggestions 

What you receive from me:

  • full analysis of your Food Journal that allows me to look at the timing of your meals, possible digestive reactions, your energy levels, macronutrient ratios that could be affecting blood sugar, etc. — what, when & how we eat directly correlates to how we feel, so being able to analyze your unique style of eating is crucial to my recommendations process.

  • A full recommendation write-up that will include topics such as: digestion tips, education and suggestions regarding macronutrients, healthier food/ingredient swaps, hydration + mineral status, nutrient-dense food suggestions to optimize healing and support along with other lifestyle recommendations to enhance your mood, energy and so much more.

  • A personalized action plan to get you back to feeling the way you know you were meant to — vibrant, nourished, and energized 

  • A 30-min follow-up call (optional) to discuss recommendations in more detail and answer any final questions 

  • *This offering does not include additional 1:1 sessions, however, if working together further is of interest, this payment will be taken out of any remaining program costs*

I totally get it! The world of wellness is overwhelming, so needing some extra support within your own journey is totally normal. If you are someone who needs a higher level of healing and support for your body's needs, then my 1-month or 3-month program is for you. Both programs include the same benefits - the difference is the duration of support required. Healing takes time! Although some improvements might be seen rather quickly, other areas may require additional help. My goal is for you to build sustainable, long-term habits and address your healing once and for all.

1-MONTH PROGRAM - $475

What's included:

  • (1) initial 1-hour call to discuss your food journal results, personal journey, health goals + history, stressors, toxic exposures, etc.

  • ​(4) weekly 30-minute check-in calls that include personalized protocol updates, adjusted dietary/lifestyle recommendations, and hands-on support and encouragement.

  • PDF resources to provide education and increased confidence on related topics such as - blood sugar balance, grocery shopping lists, macronutrients, non-toxic living, digestive health, etc.

  • Unlimited access to me for questions or support during normal business hours

  • A final Food Journal to assess changes, improvements and progress over the past month along with bio-individual recommendations moving forward

  • *Additional 30-minute sessions can be added if more support is needed  - $75 each

  • *Payment plans available if needed

3-MONTH PROGRAM - $750

WHY WORK WITH ME??

It's time to feel GOOD again! Rather than cover up your symptoms (as is often the case with traditional Western medicine), I dive deeper into what is making you feel unwell to uncover the root cause. Then, we use nutrient-dense, properly-prepared whole foods, lifestyle changes and some supplementation (coming soon post graduation!) to HEAL your body once and for all, vs. just slapping on a band-aid.

 

OUT with the fad diets, quick fixes, and blind supplementation and IN with a targeted, whole-food approach to achieve genuine homeostasis in the body.

Kell's 1:1 coaching is the last nutrition program and support that I will ever need to live the holistic lifestyle I always wanted!
