paleo pumpkin spice pancakes



PANCAKES! Something that everyone loves for a good breakfast in the morning. There's nothing better than a slow Saturday morning, coupled with pancakes and a few episodes of Netflix. I have been loving using Birch Benders for their pancakes and waffles recently - such clean ingredients and so easy to make! You can find their mix at Sprouts, or Whole Foods or online on Amazon or Thrive Market.


For these I used their Pumpkin Paleo flavor, and they were to DIE for!


Prep Time: 10 minutes


INGREDIENTS

  • water (amount based on how many pancakes you make)

  • collagen (optional)

  • dairy-free chocolate chips (optional)

  • ground flaxseeds (optional)

  • maple syrup

  • grass-fed butter


DIRECTIONS

  • Simply follow the instructions on the box. You will just need to add water and then add in your other desired superfoods. I always try to add collagen and flaxseeds for added healthy fats, fiber and protein! You can't even taste them.

  • Top with some pure maple syrup (just a little!) and grass-fed butter for the melt-in-your-mouth taste.

  • Enjoy!
